1. Introduction
At Defeat Diabetese, we aim to provide transparent and customer-friendly refund and
cancellation terms. Our policy is designed to ensure trust, reliability, and fair handling of
service payments, whether related to online consultations, lab tests, or medicine purchases.
2. Online Consultation Services
2.1 Cancellation by User:
– Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
– 50% refund if cancelled between 12 to 24 hours before the appointment.
– No refund for cancellations made within 12 hours or in case of no-show.
2.2 Cancellation by Doctor:
– If the assigned doctor is unavailable and no suitable replacement is found, a full refund will
be initiated.
– If rescheduled by the platform or doctor, users can either accept the new timing or opt for
a refund.
2.3 Refund Mode and Timeline:
– Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Lab Test Orders
3.1 Cancellation Policy:
– Tests can be cancelled and fully refunded if requested before sample collection.
– No refunds will be issued once the sample has been collected.
3.2 Rescheduling:
– Lab appointments can be rescheduled without additional charge up to 6 hours before the
scheduled collection.
3.3 Refund Timeline:
– Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon successful cancellation.
4. Medicine Orders & Delivery
4.1 Order Cancellation:
– Orders can be cancelled if not yet packed or dispatched.
– Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
4.2 Returns and Refunds:
– Refunds are eligible for damaged, incorrect, or expired items.
– No refunds for opened or used medicines unless proven defective.
– Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
4.3 Delivery Delays:
– In case of delays beyond 5 business days, users can cancel and request a full refund.
4.4 Refund Mode:
– Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7 working days.
5. General Terms
– All refund requests must be submitted via support@defeatdiabetese.com with transaction
details and reason.
– We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent claims.
– Refund processing may vary depending on bank/payment provider timelines.
